Lee O'Donnell

Odonnell - newhas been the lead radiation therapist and is currently radiation manager in the North Fork Radiation Oncology facility in Riverhead on Long Island, one of the busiest centers of its kind in Suffolk County. A United States Air Force veteran, where he also served as a radiologic  technologist, he is a graduate of the Midwestern State University in Texas and Nassau Community College.   Mr. O'Donnell  was a senior radiologic technologist at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, West Islip, for seven years prior to his current managerial position. He is a board certified member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and has served as a facilitator for the prostate cancer support group at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. He is experienced in all aspects of diagnostic radiology and radiation safety. Mr. O'Donnell’s hobbies include acting as assistant lacrosse coach in the local school district and supporting a variety of environemental and conservation issues.  He has a special interest in health care administration and radiation treatments.  These varied interests and his vast experience will have a positive impact on the direction of the foundation.
